2014 Health Law Symposium Set for June 25 in Albany

Albany, New York – June 13, 2014 – Hiscock & Barclay, LLP is sponsoring a health law symposium in Albany on June 25 that will feature key experts on health care law, investigations and audits, including two Assistant U.S. Attorneys.

The symposium will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and include presentations updating participants on the False Claims Act and state investigations of health care providers, health care audits and litigation as well as not-for-profit governance, privacy and security, self disclosure and licensing.

The symposium will feature Grant C. Jaquith, First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of New York and Adam J. Katz, Assistant U.S. Attorney of the Northern District of New York, Health Care Fraud Coordinator. They will discuss current initiatives in their office.

Other speakers include Hiscock & Barclay attorneys Linda J. Clark, James D. Horwitz, Gabriel M. Nugent, Margaret Surowka Rossi and Melissa M. Zambri.
